Thursday April 19      Hangout with Peer- On-line Meetup

A radical new activity where you can get together with your Peers without leaving your house!

We are experimenting with an online 'hangout' that you can watch or participate in. A new social networking tool  that works like a kind of public video conference call.

What will you be doingwhile we 'hangout'? We will be getting you to tell us what you've enjoyed doing and what you'd like to do, we will also be showing some photo and video highlights from our recent activities and getting a sneak preview of the ones coming up. If it's hard for you to imagine maybe you can picture it as a kind of TV show starring you and your friends- it will be broadcast live on the net with the Peer team bringing it all together for you.

How can you participate?

There's varying ways you can participate in this activity: you can log in and participate from home via your webcam; you can come into the NBI offices and participate from here in the 'studio' panel;  you can just watch it- either live or, if you miss, watch the recorded version of the 'show' later on youtube. We are so keen to get everyone involved that we'll even send one of the team to your place with our laptop (and mobile connection) if that's what it takes to get you included...   Like all of our other 'adventurous' activities we know some of you may be challenged to even imagine how we are going to make this work for your unique situation but we are confident we can find a way to get everyone involved. (NB Start/end time may need to be adjusted and will be confirmed).
