The Australian Winter Festival returns to Sydney’s iconic Cathedral Square. Come and skate in a winter wonderland (on Australia's largest outdoor skate rink), marvel at the professionals when they take to the ice and enjoy the other Alpine treats on offer. An awesome evening of winter magic!

Sunday August 07 Contemporary Art Meets Contemporary Pies
This activity is for those who ponder the question of whether art imitates life or the other way around, yet also like to get stuck into some good traditional Australian food! Today the Peer team will be heading to the NSW Art Gallery where we will have our very own guide and get an opportunity to draw a masterpeice or two ourselves. Such activity creates hunger, hunger which could only be adequately adressed by one of the tasty pastries or other treats from Harry's Café de Wheels, where we will inevitably head for lunch. So if you like pies, art or even fun bus trips, this is the day for you!

Saturday August 13 Reptile Park
What is it that has fur, feathers, scales, claws, fangs AND fun? Why the Peer team does when we spend a day with cute and not so cute residents of Australias Reptile Park. We will take the drive to Gosford (sing-a-long optional) and head to the Reptile Park. We will be able to watch (and maybe even touch) a few of the exotic animals on display.

Sunday August 14 Good Karma

Thursday August 18 Circular Quay and back before they know we're gone
Tonight's all about the journey (ok maybe the hot chocolate halfway through as well). We're going to drive to Manly and grab a ferry over to Circular Quay, cheer on a busker, grab a hot drink and be back before anyone misses us!

Saturday August 20 Train Trip - Let's Get out of Town!
Hey, there goes a moo cow! Hey, look it's a monkey! Quick glimpses through the window and gone forever. As the scenery whizzes by we'll stretch out and enjoy the gentle chugga chugga rythm of the train as we "toot toot" all the way to Gosford on the North Coast. The day will be broken up with a relaxing picnic and stretch of the legs and we may even get to squeeze in a ferry trip if we have time. So all aboard….

Sunday August 28 Go Karting
Racers... start your engines! Peer Supporters get ready to watch the rubber fly as we prepare for another Go Kart Challenge. You can choose to take a turn on the track with one of your friends (in the exciting two man Go Karts) or just sit back and cheer the racers in the Karts from the stands. Either way this is a day not to miss. After the petrol fumes and burning rubber smoke has dissipated, we will kick back next to the nearby river and enjoy a relaxing picnic and the country air. Lets get it on…

Saturday September 03 TreeTop Adventure Park
Set in the Scenic and tranquil Ourimbah state forest is the Treetops Adventure Park! For those of you with an appetite for thrills then this place is for you, with flying foxes, rope courses, swings and hidden platforms in the trees its sure to get the heart racing. BUT! For those of you who like to kick back and relax, you couldn’t find a more quite and serene setting. With ample space to picnic, and the abundance of the state forest to explore!
