If you are interested in working with NBI or in the disability sector more generally, you might like to check out this on-line induction training resource. It provides a comprehensive induction to working in the sector and you get a certificate for each module completed. You do not need to complete the training before applying for a position with NBI, but it is a basic requirement for new workers joining NBI.
Please note completion of this training does not guarantee employment but can certainly give you a head start!
