Check the video!
Here's a video showing some of the highlights from last year. It was put together to show at our group's annual awards night. The video features some of our volunteers, our staff and our members. If you want to know more about the Peer Support Programme check out the Services page.

How do you become a volunteer?

There are three stages for people interested in becoming a volunteer with the Peer Support Programme

Stage One: Intro and Visit.
Potential volunteers are invited to come down and meet us. These are brief 30 minutes 'snapshot sessions' where we offer an informal introduction to our programme from one of our staff before going on observe one of our groups in action.

Stage Two: Application and Orientation.
Volunteers complete one of our Volunteer Application Kit, book into one of "Volunteer Orientation Workshops" and, if you like, visit another introductory activity. Our Volunteer Application Kit is available from our
Noticeboard: for all your downloads

Stage Three: Trainee Team Member.
Introduction into the regular monthly roster for volunteers as a 'trainee volunteer'. On-going training workshops offered throughout the year.
