Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy

Activities can only be cancelled via telephone by calling 02 8976 2850, by email on service@nbi.org.au or by visiting 2 Jacksons Road, Warriewood in person.

Cancellation of an activity 5 days or more before the start of the activity/term will result in 100% refund, but only if we are able to fill your place (however, if the place cannot be filled, the full activity cost will apply).

Refunds will be in the form of a Coupon or Credit Note to be used when booking your next activity on the NBI Booking Portal.

Cancellation of an activity less than 5 days before the start of the event/term will result in NO refund of activity cost.

No notice of cancellation of an activity will result in the full activity fee will being payable, plus travel and accommodation costs if applicable.

Times, dates and locations of programs and activities are subject to change.

Depending on the activity that is being organised by NBI, NBI reserve the right to decline a participant’s attendance if their support needs are such that they cannot safely be supported in the group, as this may impact the overall success of the group activity.
